Detailed description of goods and/or services
Michal Krause sells photographic prints, primarily as fine art prints and in book form. He also sells electronic books (e-books) as downloadable files in digital format.
Delivery Policy
Electronic books are available for download immediately upon receipt of payment. Orders for other products are processed within 3-5 business days of payment.
Return and Refund Policy
In case of unavailability of ordered products, Michal Krause will refund the customer in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the customer is possible under the following conditions: e-books may not be downloaded and other products may not yet be shipped. If production costs have already been incurred (e.g. photo printing), a cancellation fee will be charged to cover these costs.
Customer Privacy Policy
Michal Krause will take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users in accordance with the European GDPR data protection law.
Accepted payment options
Payment can be made using payment cards accepted by the Stripe online payment system or via the PayPal online payment system.
Card Acquisition and Security
Card transactions are acquired for Michal Krause via Stripe, Inc. or PayPal Holdings, Inc. which are the approved payment systems in the Czech Republic. Both platforms use strong encryption for communication and storage of payment data and no card details are stored on the website.
Customer data is kept separate from card data
Customer data is stored by Michal Krause separately from card data, which is only used by PayPal or Stripe payment systems.
Transaction Currency
The transaction currency is United States Dollars (USD).
Responsibility
Michal Krause is responsible for all aspects of the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
